历史上几宗具争议的百家乐游戏

美国著名职业赌徒菲尔艾维与友人在2012年大西洋城一所娱乐场的百家乐游戏中赢得近一千万美元，可是被赌场指控二人使用纹路认牌（edge sorting）技巧，最终闹上法庭，案件拖延至今。除了这终争议，历史上也曾出现多宗引起社会和博彩界非议的事件，有赌客利用真人百家乐漏洞来胜出赌局。

牵涉英国皇室的百家乐游戏丑闻

早在1980年代时，一位苏格兰地主，同时也是社会贤达的William Gordon-Cumming，与即将登帝位的爱德华七世甚为友好。当时二人同时被一位朋友邀请到船上参与狂观派对，在派对上众人参与百家乐玩法游戏。但在游戏过程中，有参与者发现William Gordon-Cumming百家乐作弊，他在看到自己的扑克牌后，根据胜算偷偷调整投注额。在细心的观察后，众人肯定了他作弊，并即时与他对质，更要求他即时署文件承诺不再作弊。派对过后，众人都承诺不会将事件外传，以免损害任何参与者的声誉。

可是有关William Gordon-Cumming作弊的消息在派对后瞬间传开了，愤怒又羞耻的他立即控告一干人等诽谤，法庭于是传招派对的参与者，包拓爱德华七世作证供。事件于当时引起社会巨大反响，因为当时英国赌博仍属于非法活动，而事件更牵涉皇室人员和社会贤士，引起社会的非议。

切牌作弊 赌客组织骗取赌场过百万美元百家乐切牌

熟知赌场中百家乐游戏过程的人都知道，荷官会先洗牌，让某位赌客切牌，以示公正。赌客可以将一个标签插进混合牌中。荷官完成切牌后，会把扑克牌放进发牌靴中。标签插在最底下几张牌之上，标签后的几张将放弃不用。切牌这步骤其实是以示赌场的公正公开，但早期却有组织利用这真人百家乐漏洞骗取过百万元奖金。

组织先派人参与百家乐，主动要求切牌，参与者在手袖中藏了一个微型摄录机，能偷录下切牌的牌面是什么，同党在另一边可透过摄录机镜头看到牌面，并透过电话通知正在玩百家乐游戏的参与者。这组织利用这方法骗取赌场过百万元奖金。
